7 Tips for Heidi Bivens on How to Get over the Ex, Justin Theroux, and Get Back to Dating!

While Jennifer Aniston, 42, and Justin Theroux, 40, are -- well -- here, there, and everywhere in New York City, Us Weekly reported today that Justin's ex of 14-years, stylist Heidi Bivens, 35, "wishes they'd leave already. It's hard to move on knowing they're in the same city." The inside source continued to say that Heidi has "stopped talking to Justin."

Though Us' claim is from "sources," and not Heidi, I can see this being true. Most of us have to live with our ex in the same city once the relationship ends. But, most of us don't have ex's dating a high-profile actress who the paparazzi chases for photos which can be found all over the internet. This factor probably makes it even more difficult for Heidi to move on. Despite the size of NYC, I'm sure it now seems like a small town to her.

1. Maintain your distance from Justin -- no good comes from befriending the ex who didn't marry you and left for someone else.

3. Give yourself a makeover if needed. Fill your closet with sexy mini-skirts, tight jeans, short dresses, and wear those gorgeous heels I know you have!

4. Find single events to attend in the city and suburbs.

5. Post a profile online with a few pretty photos of yourself and a short description.

6. Do not live with a man unless he has proposed and set a wedding date (or wait until marriage).

7. Do not stay with a man longer than a year this time! He either wants to marry you by then or he doesn't.

Hitting the single scene can be a great time if you have a smart plan of attack! Why should Justin have all of the fun when there's lots out there for Heidi to enjoy? As they say, the best revenge is living well!
